“I don’t like your eyes”. The old man says before leaping on top of the boy. His knees become shackles for the kid’s arms. The boy screams and jerks trying to get out, but there’s no one around to hear him.

The old man brings his dirty fingers near the boy’s eyes, tapping it and using his crooked fingernails to gain purchase. Blood and tears cover the boy’s face.

“Help! Help! He’s pulling my eye out!” The boy screams, but no one is there to hear.

The right eye pops out of the skull, dangling only by the nerves. The man grins joyfully and uses his teeth to cut it off completely. The boy screams, and the old man screams back in his face.

“Now to the other one.” The eyeball rolls over the grass.

The boy tries to fight back as much as he can, but the strength of the old man is too much for him. He passes out from shock and pain. The man frows at the lack of resistance.

“What are you doing to my baby!” Screams the woman on the distance.

The piercing sound of a mother’s shriek reverberates through the air and inside the old man’s head.

He raises both of his bloody hands into the air and gets up slowly while shaking his head. Satisfied, he steps on the eye with his worker boots and walks away as if nothing had happened. The mother sprints towards her unconscious child while the man disappears into the forest.
